Thomas Mentele brings over 30 years of strategic innovation and financial leadership to CBC. With deep expertise in business formation, capital markets, and operational strategy, he has worked across wealth management, clean energy, and both bulge-bracket and boutique banking environments. Outside of CBC, Tom enjoys travel, the oceans, culinary exploration, and spending time outdoors with his family in the Pacific Northwest.

Kim is a prominent figure in both the business and nonprofit sectors, with substantial experience in global capital markets, investment banking, and private equity, working across major cities including New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Los Angeles. Daniel currently leads a private equity fund managing a portfolio of lower middle-market growth companies strengthened through his private credit and corporate restructuring expertise.
